Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, phone number, pickup and destination details, flight information (if provided), and payment information processed securely through third-party payment providers.
How we use your information
We use this information to process bookings, coordinate services with trusted partners, communicate with customers, and improve our services.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell customer information.
Payment information
Payment details are handled by third-party payment providers. Sovereign Drive does not store full card numbers on its own systems.
Service partners
Bookings are fulfilled through trusted independent transportation partners. The information required to deliver your booking — your name, contact details, pickup and destination, and any flight information you provide — is shared with the partner assigned to that booking so the service can be delivered.
